OK, how much rest do we tend to very want for stress relief-What is the right quantity of rest- Each people has an interior clock that lets us understand once we are obtaining the right quantity of rest.Some might be comfortable getting 5 or six hours of rest each night, others may not feel up to par if they do not get eight to ten hours.Your body is aware of how abundant rest it needs, hear your internal clock. This ends up in the question  of exercise.3: Is exercise good for stress and anxiety-Many folks don’t like to hear regarding this stress reliever. It’s exercise. Yes, physical activity will help relieve feelings of stress and anxiety!four: What if you do not like to exercise- There are a number of ways in which of getting the physical activity that your body needs.

Decide an activity that you just relish and take part in that activity 5 days a week.five: Dancing is enjoyable to many individuals, and it is great exercise.six: Take your pet for a walk, relish the character in your local park.7: Get on that bike that has been stored in your garage!eight: Do I need to test with my doctor to work out if I am physically fit-If you are beginning an exercise program for the primary time, check with your doctor to make sure you’ll physically take part in your alternative of exercise.Bear in mind, even a little amount of physical activity is best than none at all.Begin slow and add speed and additional activities are you are comfortable with them.Merely follow the steps higher than and you may be able to include health and fitness into your daily life. Now, I challenge you to try to to one thing concerning your problem by maybe seeing your doctor and find busy with the strategies I made public above.We eagerly foresee hearing your stories of success and hope you are feeling higher about being able to handle any stressors that seem in your life. Ok.. Good news: your young and if you act now you can get fit and stay fit. Bad news: losing weight takes some effort. 1. Losing weight is 65% eating.. Eat healthy ( not like “diet” stuff ) like fresh stuff try to buy food from health food stores because, well its all healthy!
2. Cardio: running, jogging, biking, sports ( you will NOT lose weight if you only walk) you burn fat when your heart rate is up, find fun ways to get sweaty! :p last thing dont give up. If you just change your eating habits you will feel better and look better! Trust me. Good luck!
Btw: lifting weightS for your arms wont burn off the fat.. Lifting weights is for building muscle

so if u hav been with these guys plz tell me anything i should know and if its hard to end their contract and whats the safest way of paying them.

With just about any gym a contract is involved. Most are for 12 months and it takes a written letter presented by you in order to cancel. Many have clauses that state the only way to not be held labile for that 12 month time period is for you to bring a Dr.’s note saying you can no longer use any type of equipment or weights in an exercise format. These things are normal for a gym contract so don’t be alarmed if you see them or have them explained to you. A sales person at the Gym would be doing you an injustice if they DON’T take the time to explaining those parts to you. Many will wait for you to ask about them before they will explain the cancellation process. That’s not unusual either. It is there for you to read before signing so it’s not required for them to talk it out with you, although some will and that’s a plus. Gyms also will or may offer a month to month contract that you can just walk away from after any 30 day period, but those are usually a little more per month. If for some reason you are injured and won’t be able to go there for an extended period of time you can call them or take a note in and they can put your membership on hold for that time and stop your draft payment. Most do offer a 3 month injury hold and more if you need it and ask for it.
Gyms will also normally give at least a 10% overall discount if you pay for a year up front. With any 12 months contract it will automatically go to a month to month bases after the 12 month time frame is up. So even if you go for a year and stop you still must notify them you are canceling your membership.
This may all sound rather strong as it relates to a contract but I’m a former gym owner and it’s all standard info.
It’s very expensive to run a big gym and it’s far better from the owner’s perspective to know that he or she will have that income coming in for that time period. It’s really needed for budgets to balance and be able to see the expense side against the profit side.
The horror stories you may have heard are about some of those things I’ve mentioned here are likely because the people are not aware of some items and they are surprised when they try to cancel and can’t.
Just be informed, ask lots of questions and you’ll be OK. I just renewed my contract with One Life Fitness (formally Gold’s in this area) and their contracts are like I described above, and so were the ones from my gym.

Many of us are trying to live a healthier life. And, one of the best ways to stay healthy is eating right. If you’ve been eating lots of processed foods and fast food, it’s time to throw those foods out and start using this healthy food list to change the way you eat for the better.

A List of 10 Healthy Foods

1.    Vegetables – Veggies are number one on the healthy food list because they’re full of vitamins, minerals and fiber. They give you lots of nutrition on very few calories, which is a plus if you’re trying to lose weight.

2.    Fruits – Fruits are also full of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Be sure to get 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Fruits are great for the dieter because they can satisfy your sweet tooth naturally.

3.    Whole grains – We should all rid our cupboards of white flour and foods made with white flour. Substituting whole grain foods instead of the white flour ones can help you get more fiber in your diet and can help keep your blood sugar stable. Whole grains also fill you up more easily, so you may eat less.

4.    Protein – We all need protein for building muscle and for many bodily functions. Lean proteins like chicken, turkey and lean cuts of beef and pork can help you stay healthy and help you feel full.

5.    Fish – Though fish is a protein, it merits its own separate mention in the healthy food list because of the Omega 3 oils it contains. Omega 3 fatty acids help speed up the metabolism and help prevent heart disease and lower cholesterol.

6.    Nuts – Nuts are full of nutrition, fiber and healthy fat. They make a great snack because they fill you up with just a small portion. Many experts consider nuts to be one of the most perfect foods. They are, however, high in calories, so if you’re watching your weight, be careful of your portions.

7.    Olive oil – Olive oil should be your primary cooking fat. Olive oil helps speed up metabolism and helps prevent heart disease. It is one of the healthiest fats, and it tastes great, too.

8.    Green tea– Green tea is one of the healthiest beverages you can drink. Green tea is full of anti-oxidants, which help prevent all sorts of diseases, from heart disease to cancer. And, green tea contains catechins that help speed up the metabolism.

9. Yogurt – Yogurt’s active cultures work wonders on the digestive tract. It prevents yeast infections and its calcium protects bones.

10. Milk – Like yogurt, milk is included on the healthy food list because of its calcium. Calcium strengthens bones and speeds metabolism. Milk also helps you feel full so that you eat less.
